According to ABC News, the body of Mr. David Dorn, police chief of Moline Acres town in the state of Missouri (USA), with a gunshot wound was discovered around 2:30 a.m. on June 2 local time on the sidewalk outside.
Local police said Mr. Dorn tried to prevent people from taking advantage of the protests to commit theft at the pawn shop.
Mr. Dorn’s wife, Ann Marie Dorn, said the pawn shop owner was her husband’s friend, and he continuously checked the situation at the store when the alarm sounded.

Marquaello Futrell, a witness who allegedly watched the live video on Facebook, said he felt chills when he witnessed the incident.
`The victim of a robbery or attack had to lie alone on the sidewalk asking for help as the bleeding continued to flow, but no one came to help but just stood there recording and live streaming the incident on Facebook. I am extremely angry.
