The past year must have been tumultuous for you two. Was that the biggest difficulty and challenge in your 16 years together?
The past year can be said to have been tumultuous for both of them, not just in love.
As for changing yourself, we think people change every day, not just about this or that.
People often say `marriage is the tomb of love`, have you ever found that statement to be true?
For Hoai Anh, I see myself changing in a positive direction, living more responsibly, and having stronger mental support.
For us, the biggest difference between falling in love and after marriage is having children.
What made you decide to get back together?
We never really broke up, so we can’t say `going back`.
Mr. Hoai Anh once said that getting married is like having a car, it’s only partially broken.
Through your experiences, in the end, what is the most important thing in love?
We have been together for the 16th year now, almost half of our life, not enough to call it long but also not short.
Any advice for young couples who already think `love is marriage`?
Everyone has a different story, so no one can give advice to anyone.
