[ELLE Voice] Women should treat themselves fairly

[ELLE Voice] Women should treat themselves fairly 4

Can you share a little about your current job?

I have a Master’s degree in Business Administration – major in Coaching, Consulting & Leadership – York St John University, UK and Bachelor of Business Administration – Glion Graduate Institute, Switzerland.

In the 3 years since starting this job until now, have you seen any significant changes in your students and yourself?

It’s a day-by-day change.

In your opinion, what are the psychological obstacles that women most often suffer from?

The most common obstacle I often see in students is comparing themselves to others.

But how to fix it once it has become an inherent disease?

I think the most important thing is to focus on the good parts of yourself and see the bright spots in every situation.

Nowadays, with the development of social networks, the comparison of appearance is even more serious.

From the perspective of psychology, today, social networks are like a place to immerse yourself in and forget the boring reality of your life.

In my opinion, our mind has three states: The first is in the past, the second is in the present and the last is in the future.
