[ELLE Voice] Tran Thi Thanh Tra – Don't be too strict with your country 4

Hello Tra, why didn’t you start a career abroad but decided to return home right after finishing your studies?

Actually, from the moment I started studying abroad, I was determined to return to Vietnam.

Often, students who study abroad initially say they will return, but after a period of studying and working, they change their minds and choose to stay…

That case will be true for those who study and do professional jobs such as scientific research, technology, hardware engineering… that Vietnam does not have the conditions to develop.

Furthermore, everywhere is the same, there are advantages and disadvantages.

When you first returned, did it take Tra a long time to get used to the working environment in Vietnam?

I went to study abroad at the age of 16, had almost no contact with society, then lived for 6 years in a completely different country, with a completely different culture, so when I returned I would definitely have culture shock.

Actually, the projects I participate in are all new projects.

It is known that Tra is recruiting senior personnel from abroad for large companies and corporations.

Firstly, large companies and corporations all tend to internationalize, they need to recruit people with an international mindset to work in high positions to be able to operate the system in the right direction.
